Everyone asks for this recipe and can be used on other fish…Enjoy!
Ingredients: For Four Servings
-2 cloves of Garlic finely minced (I use cubed frozen Garlic from Trader Joes near veges)
-4-5 tablespoons of Sesame Oil (I get mine at Trader Joes)
-1/4 cup Olive Oil
-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
-2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce
-2 tablespoons of Rice Vinegar
-Juice from ½ of lemon
-1/2 Cup (or less) of Green Onions-finely chopped with minimal white portion
-Salt and Pepper (I use Lemon Pepper from Trader Joes)
-Splash of White Wine
-Can add other herbs finely diced or from jar such as basil (Or cubed Basil in frozen section near veges is really good for stir fry and Italian dishes too.)
-Sesame Seeds Optional (I do not use as they sometimes get burnt, but could add toward last five min.
Directions:
-Mix all ingredients and add green onions last, and sesame seeds if adding those.
-Place in glass jar or pitcher until ready to pour on fish.
-Do not marinade fish for longer than 2 hours prior to cooking if you have any acidity in the marinade (such as the lemon we are using).
-Pour on the fish and return to the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
-Bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 minutes in oven or on grill (need to watch/test for doneness).
-Note: Can prepare Marinade and keep in the Refrigerator for up to one day.
