Webb’s Distillery & Brewery is a very unique venue in Aliso Viejo. I cannot think of another spot quite like it in Orange County, California.
Yes, it is a delicious restaurant, but it is so much more! It’s the perfect place for a get-together with good friends.
Formerly a classic car museum. Elements of a train caboose welcome guests out front, and a Model T car hangs from the rafters inside.
Distillery
It has an on-site distillery producing vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon and unique liqueurs (think espresso). The Golden Republic Bourbon is one of their flagship spirits and one of my friend’s favorites!
Brewery
They produce over a dozen house-made brews from lagers to blondes, stouts and IPA’s.
All are served on tap.

Ok, back to the dining…. the cuisine at Webb’s Distillery is global. From East to West, and North to South, as noted on their menu. From yummy sandwiches on house-made bread, hand-folded dumplings & noodle soups, cured meats such as bacon and pastrami that are salted, brined and smoked in-house.
What we ordered for lunch:
Kitchen’s Taco Salad $17
Charred corn, lettuce medley, avocado citrus dressing, black beans, pico de gallo, tortilla crisps, white cheddar cheese, cilantro.
Guests can also add: grilled chicken $5, fried chicken $8, smoked brisket $8, shrimp $9, or Blackened salmon $13.
Straight To The Point Burger $19
Double smash 100% Wagyu patties, Gruyère cheese, caramelized onions, crispy edge house bun, and a choice of 8 sides.
Side options include: Latakia, French Fries, Island Mac Salad, Cincinnati Chilli, House-made Kimchi, House Slaw, Soup of the Day or Cafe Chopped Salad.
Guests can also add Pastrami $8 or Smoked Brisket $8.
About the Webb Family
In 1954, Lewis McKinney Webb left West Virginia and moved to SoCal with his wife.
Fast forward, and their youngest son, Jeremy Webb, went back East to college and graduated from West Virginia University. Later, he returned to the West Coast and is one of the Owners of Webb’s.
