In early March, we had the pleasure of joining a group of friends for a wonderful wine tasting and dinner at Prego Ristorante in Irvine. The last time I was here, was for a private cooking class that we enjoyed with Chef Ugo in a private room tucked just behind the bar. What fun to enjoy a Custom Cooking Class with Chef Ugo Allesina at Prego! Girlfriends gathered in the Private Dining Room and had a grand time learning his "tricks of the trade"...well at least some of them.
