Prego Ristorante’s March Wine Tasting And Dinner

In early March, we had the pleasure of joining a group of friends for a wonderful wine tasting and dinner at Prego Ristorante in Irvine. The last time I was here, was for a private cooking class that we enjoyed with Chef Ugo in a private room tucked just behind the bar. It was a wonderful evening and we giggled our way through an entire menu. I caught some fun pictures too!

Game On! OC Restaurant Week Is In Full Swing Thru March 1st….

There are an astounding list of 28 different cities represented for this latest OC Restaurant Week. With 100 different participating restaurants, the choices are endless. My hat is off to Pam Waitt and her team at the Orange County Restaurant Association. This event is a year in the making to be sure. The web site is better than ever----very robust with menus, chef profiles, and guests can select based on: lunch vs. dinner, all different price points, city location and so forth.

The dinner is priced at $68.95 per guest (excluding tax & gratuity).
